What is the charge? You can't just execute people on suspicion of them being gay. I think you need to have two witnesses.
With regards to if you have obtained a sex tape, I do not know if, given AI, that can be admitted as evidence in the court... AI could be used to make forgeries. We would have to ask Experts in the Law (note how important the Law is here, and that Jesus was totally incorrect).
