I've been all over Europe- it's shit. Slovenia and Slovakia are nice. I also enjoyed Scotland. Everywhere else is just as bad if not worse than the US.

I'm from rural Indiana and I suppose you're right if you mean there's no distinct dialect but it's common to make stupid grammatical errors, mispronounce unusual words and have an extremely limited vocabulary.
