i guess if you run a virtual machine within a running windows environment you could emulate a connection to your virtual machine and give your virtual machine an emulated mac address, but every outbound and inbound connection would pass through your original hardware's mac address

Anyway, this seems to be the only legal way to bot. Where you purchase data for a lot of phones and each gets an IP address from whatever carrier. I assume there are contracts with different parts of the world to get access to different regional IP addresses. Seems too risky to get banned, i think it would be easier to use "free" proxies to make the posts.

unless there's a public table of MACs for each new device, that MACs get compared to. I don't remember how it works exactly. Studied that shit ages ago. But even if that's the case, you could just use some dead devices MACs on virtual machine

You don't need a phone plan for a phone to use an internet connection. They just need the phones to act as a piece of independent hardware to make their bot accounts look legit.
