Well, wasn't he right? Didn't they parachute in all over the country, and weren't they in position to do exactly that, when Washington communicated with directly and promised to agree to their demands (at the time), if they pulled the troops back? After that, they put resources in place to prevent it from happening again, but they certainly could have taken it in 3 days, and effectively did. They fell for it again like retards, but in their defense, they haven't fallen for it since.

Probably so it cant be used as a staging point for an invasion into Russia. Since Ukraine backed out of the minsk agreement its no longer neutral so Russia might aswell go full schorched earth. BTW us the EU and Mutt tax payers will be paying for all this.
