What's the biggest passenger chimp-out you've had to deal with on one of your flights? How trustworthy are the maintenance people that work on the planes? Never had a scenario on my flights. I don’t interact with pax so I don’t know. And I guess it’s really possible. Delta and united and American have very high standards so I doubt some dumb shit would happen. Most of the checks performed on the ground eliminate 95% of anything bad that could happen in the air
