Right about Vitamin D although i am not entirely sold on vit D supplements and since there's no sun in the winter time here in the UK, there doesn't seem to be any real alternatives. Taking Vitamin E stops oxidative stress which greatly reduces shedding, i take it myself. I don't know about biotin thickening hair, most people say it's a cope supplement. Exercising/cardio is good, i personally my head upside down on the edge of my bed to increase bloodflow to my hair/scalp and i do scalp massages aswell while in this state to increase effectiveness. I had an autoimmune disorder and a lot of poor nutrition and exercise due to me being a shut away for two years. If you want to skip the working the rest out, read about 2.5 hours of fiction from a physical book at least 6 days a week. There’s other ways to do it but this is the most consistent. No reading /pol/ doesn’t count. No screens at all. No 20 pages then screen time then read again. Break it into 2 or 3 chunks if you have to but one sitting is better. Longer read times also yields better results. I generally use 150 pages as a good rule of thumb. Some books go quicker(usually fine) some slower just use common sense.

Again, there’s other ways to do it but I’ll let the 2 non-normies who read this figure it out. Maybe this post will save a few of you from losing your hair or even regrowing it (you totally can but idk about full blown smooth skinned scalps. I’d like to know though)

There is a huge difference, there are no balding teens or young adults in these books. It started around the 70's though where I saw balding.
I do for some reason love to look at old schoolbooks and until the 70's you don't see the bald young people or balding.
Around laye 70's it starts. People also start looking younger then.
