The reality is that no trans person passes 100% of the time. Something always gives it away. Even the most muscular, hairy, deep-voiced trans man doesn't pass at all times. Subtle idiosyncrasies like body language, speech patterns, bone structure, positioning, etc. gives you away. People will affirm your identity to be kind, but they know you are not a real woman, at best you're a third gender to them, not quite one or the other.

The best thing trans people can do is be honest with themselves and stop forcing people to call them something they obviously are not. Hormones and surgeries do more harm than good and you will hit the wall very fast and very hard.
