The only reason millennials and zoomers can’t afford homes is because the homes are bigger, fancier, and need to have more luxuries. Boomers didn’t live that way. For some reason, they stopped making starter homes. For some reason, homes went from being a reasonably priced to being exorbitant. For some reason, what used to be a necessity for a proper society, became seen as a investment opportunity.
