Soup is just a way to make bread better. The calories in a soup meal are going to be 90% the bread & butter you have with it. Soup isn't really food. It's just a way to make bread a little more nutritious. You pair bread with a soup that's made of vegetables and a little meat, and the soup helps to make up for the lack of nutrition in the bread. A meal of a bowl of soup with a huge hunk of good bread is fine. But to say that soup itself is good food is silly. You'd have to drink gallons of most soups to get 2000 calories a day. Whereas a bowl of soup and a couple slices of bread can actually be a nutritionally sound meal.

Buy a rotisserie chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, chicken stock. Peel and chop all the vegetables, put stock and vegetables in pot and set to simmer. Add a couple pinches of kosher salt and some ground turmeric. While soup is simmering, remove meat from the chicken. Chop chicken bits into suitable size. Keep simmering soup until vegetables are as soft as you like them. Taste broth and add salt and pepper to taste. Onion powder is good to add here, if you enjoy flavor use MSG. When vegetables are just about soft enough, add chicken pieces in and allow to simmer for a few minutes. If you want noodles, add them around the same time as the chicken and cook until they are done before immediately removing soup from heat. Beware that depending what noodles you use they are likely to continue swelling up with broth until they have absorbed most of it and become weird and soggy. Somebody is going to complain about the use of a rotisserie chicken rather than getting a raw chicken and boiling it yourself, and that is a perfectly good option, but I find the pre-cooked chicken pieces can contain more chickeny flavor that remains distinct from the rest of the soup. You do what you want. Serve with soft white buns.

Peasant food, where you mix a bunch of your meager ingredients together to hopefully make something better. The premise is to maximize the taste of meat/dairy/eggs and to cover up the taste of bitter plants. The bitter plants which you are already cooking the shit out of in order to make them half way digestible. Meanwhile the nobility dine in luxury. The insane part is that anybody can eat like nobility today, but they still cling to their peasant food. British "people" wake up in the morning and eat horse food because they had to do that during rationing and other difficult times.

>Every other race seems to believe it's a plebean food or sonething..

Which is stupid because soup/stew as well is quite literally the perfect food. You can put protein, veggies which cook in it to make them easier to digest, potatoes, noodles, pretty much anything in it plus soup also increases hydration in your body due to the liquid content. You can also make it into a variety of flavors changing up the taste any way you see fit. I say again soup is the perfect food and I dare someone to name anything that surpasses it.

I just want to live one day on this Earth without the nobility class diminishing my life in any way at all. One day without central bankers. One day without monarchs. One day without oligarchs. One day without unsound money, corrupt markets and manipulation. Perhaps I want what never was and may never be, but despite that, perhaps on that day I would still choose soup. Perhaps on that day a warm bowl of long cooked soup with soft veggies and warm broth would suit me just fine. I can't know until we throw off our oppressors. Sadly, I think the cost of doing so for many of us will come with the price of never enjoying food again.

best soup - tripe soup, шкeмбe чopбa

Made with whole pork, beef or lamb tripe, boiled for a few hours, chopped in small pieces, and returned to the broth. The soup is spiced with ground red paprika which is briefly fried (зaпpъжкa), and often a small quantity of milk is added. Traditionally, the soup is served with mashed garlic in vinegar and hot red pepper. Amazing for hangovers!

Ingredients:

Vermicelli (200 g)

Milk (1.5 l)

Sugar (50 g)

Butter (1 tbsp)

Salt (1 g)

1. Boil the milk in a saucepan.
2.Add the vermicelli to the boiling milk. After 5 minutes, add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked through. Finally, add a slice of butter and remove from the heat.

You can look up rassolnik and okroshka (kefir-based or kvas-based) for more shitty soup recipes

Soup is associated with poverty in the USA. Handing out food for the homeless is "working at the soup kitchen". During the great depression getting free food was "heading to the soup line".

I can understand that reasoning because I can whip up a hearty chicken noodle soup that will feed a family of four with less than a dollar worth of ingredients. Hilariously, modern "soup kitchens" just use canned soup which is the least economical and least nutritious form of soup you can get.
