It doesn't make sense under the light of hadith either. You're welcome to contemplate the Quran just as anyone else. What I personally understand is that its not a literal explanation of how semen's formed. Just like how the embryological stages are mentioned but its not 100% scientific either, more like mentioned as a display of God's infinite might and wisdom and to paint a certain picture.

First off, you don't need hadith to actually pray. Prayer was taught to muslims and it was taught and passed down the moment they converted. I learned prayer from my father not from the hadith and so did he and so on so forth. If the hadith serves as a reference, then so be it but it's not necessary to actually know what prayer is like.
My argument is that not all hadiths are false, some have to be true obviously it's just that you can look at the hadith collections with a grain of salt.
Al bukhari (the most authentic one) was compiled 200 years, among 600k hadiths and he used abstract things like his own morality of why a hadith should or shouldn't be included. Who's to say I'm not supposed to do the same?

This was compiled before al bukhari with nearly 30k hadiths, it's clearly not taken seriously as something like bukhari or muslim within sunni schools
