Netherlands STEALS Chinese chip company at the behest of the US.

The (((Dutch))) government has cucked yet again to American demands, this time expropriating Chinese semiconductor Nexperia and replacing its CEO with a Jew.

This was done under a law called the "Goods Availability Act", which is an emergency wartime legislation designed for things like the requisition of bread or fuel during a foreign invasion. The move was carried out in coordination with Washington, in order to abide by Trump's new "50% rule" that added all subsidiaries of companies on the U.S. "Entity List" to the list (which is the case of Wingtech Technology, Nexperia's Chinese parent company).

The semiconductor industry is a highly complex one. While it's led by private companies, it's in some sense a state-run industry. With the exception of Samsung, most major semiconductor companies receive massive government funding. TSMC originally began as a Taiwanese state-owned enterprise. Without the infusion of public funds from the US government, American semiconductor companies would have already gone bankrupt. While Chinese semiconductor companies are ostensibly private, they are all actually run by the Chinese Communist Party. And I've seen on the news many times that ASML is being interfered with by the Dutch government.
