Myopia means your eyes refractive capability is too strong. Presbyopia is when it's not strong enough at a close distance. So it cancels out, up to a point.

been using positive dioptre reading glasses while on the computer or reading so that my eyes are continuously focused at far point

there's some clear improvements (able to be further and further away from the display)
now should probably be -1.0 or -0.8 or sth but haven't had tested yet. i'll do it when it'll entitle me to update my driving license
