Chinks have been pushing for their own chip industry extremely hard and they're getting results to a point they can already use their own chips in more advanced applications. Give them few more years and they'll be very well off in that regard.
China has been going for the diplomatic win politically over there and they've been doing fine in that sector.
The open war talk is more of a US talking point, which to me sounds more like a foundation for a false flag, as Westerners have been conditioned to expect a Chinese attack over there.
We got to remember that it's the US that has most to lose in that coming collapse and it's the dollar that's on the copping block.
If anyone starts swinging, it's going to be America and this would be in line with how every failing empire in history has gone out.
China already has the entire Latin-America in their pocket, though US did try to butter up Argentina recently with that 20 billion payout to get them from sucking Chink dick.
