You don’t need any brown or black people in your country. North Korea doesn’t have any and they are fine. The idea that a country needs brown or black permanent residents is laughable. Most are. And particular circumstance does not change the given definition (or phenomenon) in principle. There are no rules without exceptions, but exceptions don't define the general rule. By definition, their alleged individuality cannot be applied to the rest of them, because they are statistically insignificant outliers, not the aggregate. The existence of maybe .01% acceptable non-Whites does not justify the rest of them.
