Be honest with me, how likely is that USA invades Mexico in the next 10 years?

Not like small military operations, but like full invasion, similar to what is happening in Ukraine and Gaza.

I’m a chill guy, I wouldn’t fight for this shithole, but the mere possibility of Mexico ending up like Gaza, is scary dude.

Nobody's going to invade Mexico.
Nobody's going to invade Canada either.
Eventually they will become part of the US whether they like it or not.
Same with the rest of the world.
Only two countries that can be a problem are Russia and China.
That's probably why the need WW3.
But the ones in charge will establish Babylon.
And absorbing all of the land mass is part of it. Which unfortunately includes Mexico.

you dumb fucking nigger, you just admitted you don't know shit. fuck off and don't reply to me again. latin american spanish, especially the type spoken by mexicans, is incredibly different from spain spanish as it's been influenced by indio shit and local shit. it has different phonemes as well (fewer overall so it sounds more same-y) so it sounds like, yes, a shitty gutterspeak language.

english is a germanic derived language with analytic grammar, only vocab from latin, french, and greek. spanish is an inflected trash language with gendered articles and pronouns because their tiny number of phonemes needs other disambiguating mechanisms to avoid homophone explosion. they're not the same at all you dumb nigger shut the fuck up.

Your issue with how he phrased the question aside, you didn't really answer it. What, precisely, is there of value in Mexico making it worth invading?

Off the top of my head, Mexico does have some lithium deposits. Not enough to invade over, but they're there. In terms of oil reserves, you're not doing too bad, a top 20 nation. But the US still has several times more oil, and even if we didn't, Canada has more oil than Mexico and if we conquered them then we wouldn't have the secondary problems of cartels and corruption.

That's genuinely it. But even the value of the lithium and oil combined, and assuming you all surrendered without a single American life lost or bullet spent, it would still be a net loss because Mexico isn't worth owning. To the entire world, you're a third world nation. A place with pockets of paradise worth vacationing at, like Haiti and Jamaica but otherwise a crime ridden slum that it's not safe for civilized people to venture into.

Exactly, that's why I don't understand why USA wants to invade Mexico. Everything they want can be obtained diplomatically and politically, without violence, just negotiations. We live in Mexico under a caste system like India, but more flexible. So, all the rich people who live here would sell the country's wealth before having to leave their homes or go to war. So, why does Trump announce he wants to invade Mexico? It doesn't make sense...

Trump never said he wants to invade Mexico. He has intimated that he might send some special forces over to handle the cartel that bought out your useless government to stop all the human trafficking and fentanyl that you infect our people with. But that's a far cry from us wanting Mexican clay.

But even still, it's all just political theatre. He won his presidency on saying he'd close the border, and he did. He's just ensuring his popularity is maintained by addressing the next biggest problem, which is military intervention on your biggest export now that it's no longer illegal border hoppers: crime.

Second, even the amount of US military arms they have is small. Most heavy munitions are from arms traffickers still selling off Cold War shit. It's why all the scumbag African and Central Americans still use AKs everywhere.

I think that stopped being true about ten years ago. People used to want to live in cities because they had the modern amenities. You live in bumfuck nowhere, you need to drive to the nearest city to buy a mattress or whatever. Nowadays, Amazon and other online retailers have made it to where you can practically live innawoods and still have access to all material goods. The United States and Mexico have fought multiple times. Mexico would never end up looking like Gaza because you guys always give up after 1 or 2 major battles.

Military wants to occupy Mexico. It imagines cleaning out the trash and putting you in curfew for 20 years while being close enough to feel like you're actually doing it for the wife while eating a lot of tacos. America doesn't covet the land it just sees it as justified security to reset Mexico into a new generation of honest beaners. But politicians are scared of that kind of thing, the elite see improving security and end of drug channel criminality as a bad thing, and lefties are programmed to see it as racist- together that's enough opposition to make the chances as zero.

Mexico is one of the largest producers of oil on the planet. Their oil industry is nationalized; it’s not owned by private corporations, it’s owned by the government. Business intelrests that control the US government would love to change that, and open Mexicos oil industry to the private market.

What’s more, Mexico is a narco-state. The drug cartels own the government, and by proxy the fucking Mexican oil industry.

The justification for an invasion would be that the government has been corrupted, and the cartels need to be taken out. The US citizens already hate Mexicans, and by pushing a drug crisis angle the war could have massive support. This would result in a new, private oil industry-friendly government being installed.

Be honest. If the entire idea were framed as taking out the cartels to stop government corruption, halt drug trafficking, and improve conditions for our southern neighbor, wouldn’t you support it?

I don't think the US will invade. We'll probably do joint missions with your government to take out cartels and stop illegal crossings. Your president seems willing to play ball on that. I think the future is a united coalition between North and South America as the US continues to decouple from Europe to let them deal with their own issues.

Most of us don't have any actual hard feelings against you guys. We're more mad at our government for letting things get out of control. South Americans are a bigger problem in the grand scheme of things. We have a deeper shared history with Mexico too. So I'd say don't worry bro

Nobody will invade Mexico, but they might start doing drone strikes and navy seal raids on cartels and growing sites up in the mountains. Unless you live there you should be fine.

It wouldn't go the same way. Ukraine was specifically an independent nation. That was half the reason for the war, them not being in NATO. The United States is the undisputed sole world power in this entire hemisphere and continental body. I think it's amazing that you genuinely seem to think that a war with Mexico wouldn't be resolved in a day.

And again, there wouldn't be. At best, we would occupy your shit country, depose your corrupt government officials on the cartel payroll and institute an ad hoc government before we lost interest and pulled out, leaving you to the gangs again. You're not Ukraine, at best you're Iraq 2.0.

To some degree, sure. But where’s the benefit in invading Botswana or Djibouti or whatever? Do they provide some kind of opportunity for the elite? Would there be popular support for invasion?

Would there be an actual, tangible benefit? There would be in Mexico. Removing control from the cartels would absolutely strengthen Mexico as a nation. That means fewer drugs and fewer immigrants, long term.

Also, Mexico is very corrupt, like Ukraine levels of corruption. It’s actually worse. Mexico ranks below fucking Liberia in corruption. It’s bad, Anon.

Much of Mexico is empty, in the central part of the country on the contrary, there are millions, your government could even drop a nuclear bomb in the north of Mexico and nothing would happen, too far from the cities... an operation in an uninhabited area of Mexico could please the crazy radicals of your country, and scare the shit out of my country into yielding to any negotiation... the problem is, that this doesn't escalate to bombing cities... that's what's scary...

You're dealing mostly with a lot of shitposters. Most conservatives in the US don't hate Mexico. I do think some people have a tainted image of the country and think the whole thing is a hellscape because of talk of cartels. They don't hate you as people though. And most genuinely do not want to invade Mexico. What you see projected is people angry at illegal immigrants, many happen to be Latinos of various flavors. So it probably does look scary. I really do not think any of us have a thirst for turning Mexico into Ukraine. In my ideal world, we help clean Mexico up, move the factories from shitholes like Vietnam and India and give that shit to Mexicans instead, and form better ties. We should be allying with Mexico and Canada instead of worrying about shit across the ocean. And Mexican people are some of the most loyal and down ass people I have met. We should be friends. Fuck Israel and Ukraine.

>The US citizens already hate Mexicans,
This is where you've got it very wrong. It's just not true. Everything else- sure. And with all that together you'll see that any US military action within Mexico would be all in joint partner with Mexico. There wouldn't be missiles taking out cities or tanks leveling churches and hospitals like Gaza. There's no psychotic motive for genocide. It would all be checkpoints and vehicle searches, curfews and spec forces taking out a location in the dark after 3+ days of study.

Mexico is maturing as a society, and we don't need help, sooner or later we will be a better country, the problem is that a war would ruin my country forever, and I don't want to move from my house. I hesitated, at the moment that they sent a missile to an area where the average Mexican could live, from that moment on our diplomacy failed and the only thing left is to abandon the country...

The worst case scenario…

Who coo ok ntrol the American military?
The Mexican government.

The Mexican cartels.

Why then would the Mexican military be used to take out Mexican cartels? Some kind of coup?

We do. Especially those of us in border states. Your curated experiences online are the same level of tolerance that white liberals in white affluent neighborhoods have for niggers. I'd probably move to Germany or the UK to study. No Mexican with money in their right mind would go live in the USA for pleasure. Your country is too racist. Putting up with that and spending money to afford a life there isn't worth it. Mexicans, and Latinos, Indians, and Asians in general, come to your country to work.
