My building at work has free coffee, hot chocolate, and flavored water machines on the 2nd floor. I always use the stairs, but the darkies and fatties always seem to use the elevator, even if it means waiting for minutes at a time.

They don’t. I work in high-rise construction and can assure you that whenever they have to take stairs it’s like they’ve gotten a positive paternity test. I do about 60/day and at times it’s way higher. Definitely a good way to get extra cardio training in. Just pace yourself
