Any Trinidadian Indians here? Do you see a future for the country? Should I, as a diaspora, return and help build up the country? My parents brought me to America when I was 3, and I've only been back a handful of times.

I married into a Trini family. The best breakfast on Earth is doubles with a fried egg. And my favorite dinner is curry beef or shrimp with dhal puri roti. Don't worry, our kids are white (passing). Trinis are pretty based as long as they aren't actually on the island. That place is hopeless.

I don't see a future for Trinidad. It's already lost. The people are brain dead, the government is corrupt, and the economy is in the shitter. The only thing that will happen is the country will be taken over by China or Russia
