I dont see how this is a problem. They should just self-improve. Stay quiet and work harder. If its not good enough, they should then kill themselves as there's too many people on this planet consuming too many resources. We like H1B visa workers as they work hard, get along with things and dont question authority. We like to make our revenues here and offshore our costs abroad as it just makes business sense.
