Their internal debt situation seems unsustainable and I would like to know how they are managing their youth unemployment issues.

Honest assessment on China:
They need to maintain their high-momentum economy or shit's gonna get bad. Belt-and-Road is their best bet to do it as it provides an outlet for their surplus labor in a meaningfully productive way which has a chance of turning Africa into what China was 40 years ago but with China as the beneficiary. Then they can go full Keynes with their own economy resulting in a very comfy lifestyle for the present generation at the expense at larer ones to come.

This os best case scenario for China and also the most likely imo.
