As long as you don't think the government will legislatively intervene to try and reevaluate currency/debt, mortgages/debt in general are a good hedge against hyperinflation. If a loaf of bread is $1000, you can pay off a pre-hyperinflation denominated loan easily. A $500,000 house is just 500 loaves of bread.
