Ill normally have the work phone on carplay and the personal on bluetooth for music, and at the exact same locations, over and over, they will disconnect and refuse to reconnect for a minute or so, which to me was always suspicious.

This is not new, ive noticed it since probably 2020 or so being a major issue at these certain locations.

Ive noticed that whenever it happens, I have either a clear view of a large cell tower or tall building. Ive always thought that foreign (or domestic) agents could target certain vehicles by scanning license plates then blasting radiation at the desired target. Why me? I think its because I saw something I wasnt supposed to.

Maybe 2 weeks ago I had 2 identical white sprinter vans go alongside and behind me as I drove down the freeway. I stayed alongside the driver of one and stared him down and they BOTH decreased speed by at least 20 mph simultaneously and dropped back until they were out of sight. Ive also noticed a major uptick in unmarked police vehicles with exempt plates or police style vehicles with normal plates driven by dudes who look like cops. The drivers are typically white, fit build, sunglasses, sprinter vans are teams but Charger/Cruiser/Explorer drivers are typically alone. The choppers will fly alongside you on the freeway at night, they work in tandem, diverting after a few miles to pass you on to the next link in the chain. Pay attention to the highways at night and youll see them hovering/circling with no lights on.

cell phones broadcast some signal using a public key. Its really old technology. Before GPS. This is how the feds would magically find you if you were eluding police. This is actually how they caught Kevin Mitnick back in the day. Some chink computer physicist set up a mock cell tower ( you can do this with a laptop and a usb device ) in a van and they drove around trying to pick up the signal to the cell phone he was using to hack into banks and whatever else. Of course they already had a general idea of where he was. The radius of this type of detection system isn't very large. Its more for like a local sweep of an area.
