I'm going to tell you guys a story.
In a hospital ward I worked on a few years ago there was a patient that had a BMI of 92. She was so unbelievably fucking fat that the smell spread down the corridor and other patients would complain about the "rancid rotting smell". She was in hospital because she had an ulcer on her foot that for any person that was remotely human sized would have been able to be treated in a matter of weeks in an outpatient setting. It would take a team of 6 of us to roll this fat bitch onto her side so we could put a pan under her to shit in. Her ass and sacral region developed pressure sores because she refused to move at all for any reason and the manual handling was near constant because she had diarrhoea minimum 4 times a day.
If I touched her with my bare skin I would have to scrub it because the smell of her would follow me home if I didn't.
My breaking point was when I saw some rat fuck piece of shit that was apparently her lover bringing her grocery bags full of lollies, sugary drinks, chips and entire squares of cheese. She was probably consuming upwards of 5000 calories a day. I spoke to my manager and asked if we could restrict her visitor from bringing extra food. I was told flat out that it would be inhumane and that the hospital would definitely be sued if we started that process. I went to another ward shortly after where exposure to fatties is limited.
