I was enjoying the thread about the speed of light being limited or not (>>518817166) so I am continuing it.

>You do, your brain is a model running at constant lag trying to predict the future. But that's based on your model, not a true measurement like a photon hitting your retina.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-organized_criticality
The future has already happened, our conception of time is causally reversed by the brain. All information states exist infinitely as types of radiation, and are instantiated through perception.
Think of this like if you read a 'choose your own adventure' book: all of the endings already exist, but your choices/perception alter the ending that you actually receive.

Look into the holographic universe. This wholevsimulation thing is over 50 years old. Physicality isn't real. Its a state of mind. As is matter. The universe works petty much like the unreal engine: what no entity perceives, doesn't exist.

>holographic universe
Nein, es ist ein Rechnender Raum, aber n-dimensional

Also: what we perceive of the universe with our trivial senses is the very very lowest, toned down version of what is actually there. The "user-interface" if you will. Something we can work with with. If you'd suddenly perceive the full thing I'm not sure what would happen but I'd imagine its bad for you.

I would say it's more like a filtration to make linear events seem possible in a reality where they do not exist in a functional manner.

A what? A calculating space?

Yes a computational space that is self-calculating: it is not actually a 'hologram', as some have concluded but rather a product of dimensional interactions.

Ah I see. Don't take the hologram to literally its just words for thing we don't have names for. "Artificial construct" is probably the better term.

In short: if it WERE a hologram in a pure dimensional projection sense, you would not see a few effects:
>nonlocality from quantum local states and vice-versa
>transcendental imaginary numbers and real numbers
>uncertainty of particle states
>chaotic map/functions in a mathematical sense
>the existence of and radioactive decay from microelements (elements that have half-lives shorter than half a second)
>Ah I see. Don't take the hologram to literally its just words for thing we don't have names for. "Artificial construct" is probably the better term.
I think that is not fully accurate because it doesn't capture the metrics above. Rather, I believe we exist in a dimensional space which is the result of other dimensional spaces intersecting.

Hehehe you again take it too literally. Kek. Not sure how else to express it. Gotta go to wΓΆrk. Will lurk

I'm saying that as opposed to the 2d structures you see below, which would be the 'hologram' state by which you achieve the 3d states above: it is actually multiple of these '3d' states which interact and create our particular dimension.
I think we are actually thinking about something similar and I am merely making a further distinction beyond what you have said. (in other words, yes, sausage, and yes, bread, but also, mustard.) :^)
