>You do, your brain is a model running at constant lag trying to predict the future. But that's based on your model, not a true measurement like a photon hitting your retina.

The future has already happened, our conception of time is causally reversed by the brain. All information states exist infinitely as types of radiation, and are instantiated through perception.
Think of this like if you read a 'choose your own adventure' book: all of the endings already exist, but your choices/perception alter the ending that you actually receive.
