Tomahawk
So, those will be launched from NATO ships, and then legally transferred to Ukraine mid-air, so that it won't be NATO attacking Russia, but Ukraine.
Also, Russia will find out if those are nuclear or not upon landing.
Did I get that right?

No Tomahawks, I don't know if you got the news yet or not.

It never was really a thing, Zelensky said "Maybe US could give Tomahawk?" and then the media blasted out US TO GIVE TOMAHAWKS and then they finally asked Trump about it and he said he will think about it. And now? No Tomahawks.

No, you got it wrong. There is land based launch system called Typhon. It's packed in freight container and can be moved around with standard truck. Also this "only Americans can use it" is obvious bullshit, couple weeks (days if in hurry) will enable Ukie troops to program launch just fine.

There was like a hundred of "Wunderwaffez" already that were supposed to 'make Ukraine win', all of them were trashed. If NATO begins to strike deep into Russian territory with using some shitty legacy cruise missiles, then Russia would evaporize airport in Poland serving as hub for 90% of weapon supplies to Ukraine, and Ukrainians would be cut off from any aid. Moreover Kalibr is much better and uses modern solutions than latest Tomahawk version. The West should humbly admit that it lost proxy war in Ukraine and gtfo.

Meh, theyโ€™re only useful against enemies with 0 air defense. Theyโ€™re comparable to Kalibr. Good range, accurate, plentiful supply but slow and easy (as missiles go) to detect and shoot down.
The only reason theyโ€™re being spoke about is because America has good stocks of them.

Know what's even slower and easier to shoot down? The long range suicide drones Ukraine has been repeatedly attacking Russian infrastructure with for the last few months. And somehow those bypass Russian AD. I think Tomahawk missiles will do fine.

I have no idea how people are STILL overestimating Russian technology and competency after the shitshow we've seen in Ukraine (and increasingly, inside Russia). Oh I'm sure Russia has SOME worthwhile AD manned by competent people, but it's nearly all clustered around Moscow, apparently, with very little for the rest of Russia. Ukraine figured this out early on which is why they send their drones to places Russia is apparently unwilling to defend with AD. Tomahawks will, if anything, open up a wider array of targets because they're much faster than long range drones so it will be less chance of being intercepted by spotty Russian AD.

Kalibr latest operational variant (3M-14) entered service in around 2015 while Tomahawk Block V in 2020 and even this newest version is crap compared to Kalibr. It has radically bigger range, Kalibr-M can do precision strikes from 4.5k km, meanwhile Tomahawk only 1 6km. Kalibr had multi-role versatility (land-attack, anti-ship, anti-submarine) and launches from diverse platforms like corvettes, subs, icebreakers, aircrafts etc. Its 500 kg warhead (including nuclear options) outmatches Tomahawks 130-350 kg payload. Kalibr is combat-proven in Ukraine and Syria
with eye-watering results meanwhile Tomahawk struggles. Its usage against Iran in 2025 was a failure. Very high rate of interception, missed targets etc.

What a load of bullcrap. Kalibr is a Tomahawk knockoff the Russians cobbled together after witnessing the Tomahawk's performance in the Gulf War. It took them 10 years to build the Kalibr in response to the Tomahawk.

> Kalibr had multi-role versatility (land-attack, anti-ship, anti-submarine)
lol, these claims! You even say the only actual field tests for this missile were Syria and Ukraine, how many warships and submarines did Ukraine and Syria have to test the Kalibr against?

The only chance for Poland to survive is a full removal of US agents anally penetrating this country since 1989. Butchering and eviscerating all of them. Apogeum of this neocolonial rule was poisoning millions of Poles with Pfizer/Moderna/JJ/AZ bioweapon. Poland should choose future, because the US/EU can give us only more "decarbonisation", more "vaccines", more debauchery, demoralisation, dehumanisation and other filthy shit. It is time to change geopolitical vectors to save Poland from full destruction.

kangaroo-chan, the supply and attack by strategical weapons like tomahawks on Russia by USA will be a GLOBAL major escalation step.
That ofcourse includes both militaries of China and Russia.
It will be a point of no return for the world's security and that would mean Russia is free to use powerful non-nuclear weapons in response too, like Oreshnik for instance.

He will send enough Tomahawks to justify the total destruction of Ukranian energy infrastructure. The MASS refugee crisis that follows that will destroy NATO and Europe from within.

WHEN THE TOMAHAWKS SHOW UP, Russia will be forced to end Ukraine in a way far more TOTAL than anything they ever did in Afghanistan in the 80s. Only a brutal execution of the entire state of Ukraine can end the war now, basically "diet" genocide the Ukranians did to themselves by wanting to die for Mossad liberal ideology

So what? One weapon system isn't going to change or end this stupid special military operation. I am shocked that Russia still gets droned every so often. These are not fast or highly agile / stealthy drones they are getting hit by. Doesn't make sense that it happens really. I expected better defense from Russia. That said, I never expected a shitty cheap drone to just obliterate armored vehicles either.

They'll most likely give the single-missile launchers that were built for the US Marines, but have been mothballed.
The Battery operating them had at least 4 launch units delivered before the project was scrapped, and several more in production to fully equip the planned strength of 16 launchers per Battery
3 Batteries were planned, which would have meant 48 launch units. But it's unclear how many of those had gone in to production.

This is hopium. I was trying to tell both trumptards and leftards alike before the previous election that Trump would not engage in some drastic departure from established US foreign policy, which I was 100% correct on. And that more than likely he would end up wanting to flex on Putin due to his personality and need to win dick measuring contests. Trump has no desire of any kind to be Russia's "friend." All of his personal interests align with being tough on Putin.
