Are still doing, anon. Just under 20% of the population are represented 2-3x more for rental home ownership, small businesses, ceos or executives for top US companies, and especially political positions of power. They have the power to change every shitty rule they made up.

Instead, they will burn down everything their fathers built and piss in the ashes before they retire. They know they are going to hell, so they have to try and make their time on earth as close to heaven as possible at your expense to compensate.

I have quiintupled my assets and wealth from a single real estate transaction 40 years ago. I have never been able to replicate it, and I have no other financial experience other than waiting to be spoon fed your social security payments. I will now start a one-sided lecture on what I would do with your youth with my current level of intelligence to become a multi-gorrilionaire. I can't do it now for some reason.
