Well my Windows 10 updated recently and after that my CPU fan started going haywire a bit. At launch it says the CPU fan isn't working properly and I opened the tower and it doesn't seem to be turning well, until I go into Bios and relaunch then it works fine and speeds up does it's thing.
It's annoying. I already know it's the damn Windows update that did it somehow. Personally I'm glad the updates have stopped before the jeets foul up my PC so bad I can't use it. Win 10 doesn't exactly allow you to turn the updates off. I installed a program that was supposed to stop updates but a few still leaked through it. I'm actually really happy it's over.

I dunno what I did to mine or maybe one update was just broken, I think this was the case, but I haven't been able to update this version of windows 10 since 2020 and I haven't had the absolute dire need to do so but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to update it in this current state without a full reinstall.
