The US is more dangerous that it appears. First thing I noticed when I went overseas.

Couple that with the insane problem of homeless and mental notions, and you get all the comfy simple cheap motels being rundown shitheaps of drugs and danger.

If the motel idea can be cleaned up properly, I think people would be more willing to come here.
