This is a garbage thread with a made up story by some jeet but I will use it as an opportunity to try to educate the younger guys who wandered in here.

It's normal enough for a woman to feel anxious when there's been a break in the routine. All women are like this, you can't fix it. The only thing you can do is work on the routine. For example, when you're "dating" your girl you don't bombard her with texts at the beginning because you're horny or excited that a girl is interested in you. You have to set some clear boundaries.

For example, if you text her you're going to work and say talk later, then you are now free to do your work but you better call her later like when you get off work. It's less about the routine itself but doing what you say you will do and if there is going to be a change to the routine you let her know. If you think there might be a change you also let her know ahead if you can.

Anyway, there are two reasons why women are "clingy" and want attention.

First: you fucked up as the guy, you blew up her phone at the beginning with texts and now she expects that, even as you've settled into the relationship you still set the expectation that constant contact is the norm it's that BREAK from the routine that's got her worried.

Second: she has abandonment issues. You can't really solve this quickly, especially if it was someone close that just upped and left her (dad or long term boyfriend or something) and dropped all contact suddenly. So the desire for communication stems from fear of abandonment. You will have to gradually build trust over a period of months/years where you do exactly as you say (you should be doing that anyway but it's especially important here).

Also past a certain age women simply can't be "fixed" it's like an object slowly sinking, with time it's harder to rescue. 25+ is a good point to say a lot of effort with little chance of success and to simply go younger.
