The next experience was when a women walked by in an all black robe in 80 degree heat, with a large hood. She said something walking by and IMMEDIATELY my ear nearly ruptured. It just swelled up with pressure out of nowhere, exactly like a targeted frequency on something like LRAD.

This is all I have, and is highly anecdotal, but the only thing I can point you towards.
