OP is a dumb nigger thread.
There are rare earth around the globe. Chinese have extracted volume better and have some specific product/production. But there are a number of places with the rare earths. Anything from a specific place needs rethinking if it's the only manufacturing.
It's done a trade deal with Australia. There are other places with many of the same minerals.

That initiative Trumpo signed for building ports is because they're mass scaling industry to build underwater mining vessels capable of extracting more rare earth minerals than Russia and China can strip farm.
The company they partnered up with also have modular refining mills that are on-site and most of the process is automated.
