I’ve carried a gun for over 25 years everyday I haven’t had to use it one time and I’ve been in lots and lots of fist fights. Don’t be a pussy your gun is not your first resort learn to fight. Only thing that would make this better would be a 90° grip vs the current 100° I prefer my wrist with this 10° difference the straight pull back and my wrist not wrapping around feels better my trigger finger is not holding the weight of the gun my shoulder or left arm is taking up that job. The lcp is fine, the problem is it's a terrible first gun and bad home defense gun. Cast in sights, short sight radius, and here is OP having no real gun to know how to shoot guns with to deal with the fact even a competent shooter will have a hell of a time staying minute of bad guy past 7 yards. It's a gun you buy after buying 5 other guns so you have a gun on a pocket clip like a folding knife to have in your gym shorts while taking out the trash. I'd suggest you go take a look at Paul Harrell's (rip) videos on YouTube. Ammo selection is important in short barreled, lower caliber pistols. Remington Golden Sabres are my choice.
