If I knew that milk caused acne, I would've stopped drinking it in my teens and never drank it again. I will never recommend milk to people because of what it did to me. I was plagued with acne until I finally and directly gave up milk at 30 years old, I only have a spot every few months and it's because I eat cheese.
It's not age and I hope you never try to convince anyone of that ever again. I've tested acne prevention methods for years trying various things, NO ONE SAID MILK CAUSES ACNE, it was "something else", all sorts of other things, I did topical creams and diet and all sorts of remedies to try to solve it. Then I was 28 and went for months without milk and had no acne. I started drinking it again ("why did I stop drinking this again?") and the acne erupted out of nowhere. I had changed nothing else. The results were clear. I tested multiple months-on, months-off periods and it was 100% the milk. I can't believe it was such a simple fix, it was dairy all along. Acne was a huge insecurity for me, same with kanker sores (imagine kissing with open wounds in your mouth- yeah). All those times I ducked out of hangouts because of flare-ups (huge throbbing boils on my nose, forehead, chin while trying to talk to people), or hesitated with girls, especially when I needed every advantage I could get because my personal life was trash and I was depressed as hell.
