I watched his entire Kirk coverage on rumble. He said he suspects Israel but that the supporting evidence was too weak (which it is). The evidence commonly used as "proof" are a couple years old youtube videos of Kirk questioning Israel's possible foreknowledge of the Oct 7 attack, and an alleged text message from Kirk shortly before his death to a group chat stating he was concerned Israel would kill him. We don't know if that is real or not.
