It's true it sounds like you've been on a shitty path so far but here's what you should do: quit the pills. Then either look into going into the trades or driving a truck or something, or else do whatever you need to do to buy a shitty 25 year old van or whatever and go live in that and travel and be semi-homeless but enjoy it and see what you can make of it. Learn some marketable skills. (Preferably something you're good at or like doing.) Air conditioning technician, for example, pays well, is easy, and you don't need a whole lot of equipment to get started. Painting, auto detailing, landscaping. Depends on what you're good at and what you like doing.

Why don't you go a different direction and reset your whole life. Move to Alaska and crew a fishing boat. Head to the Gulf and work an oil rig. Go to the middle of the country and work a farm. If you don't want to work, go innawoods and try to just exist - shelter, trap food, etc.

For a while leave all the people around you. Call it a 'soft suicide' where nobody gets hurt. You are now free to change all the rules, erase whatever 'plan' you were supposed to be on and get rid of all the pressure you were feeling. If you were willing to end your life, then why not live fearlessly? Leave all the baggage behind anon and go on your great adventure. If you are at this point you have literally nothing to lose.

Hit 30 and you will gain a proper fear of death when the amygdala finally hits the final form. There's plenty of people who didn't make it until their 40's or 50's. You have barely any time here so why speed it up.
