Reduce black bile by eating more war and wet food. For example, porridges, stews and soups with lamb, beef and chicken meat. Also join parties, hang around happy and funny people and get more sun. Basically, you are too cold and dry, you have to become more warm and wet. So don't dry yourself out in the sun, just get really warm and moist. As in the classic beach vacation where you can just go swimming when you feel like it, eat a lot of wheat and sugar food, etc.

Can you overdo this? Yes, you would turn into a red-faced Chad and die of a stroke. But the way you are now, you will be a weak and sad cunt and die of cancer. So stop doing this when you get too fat and happy. Common sense, really.

tl;dr: Avoid anything cold and dry, enjoy a lot more warm and wet.
