Nicotine ciggarettes should be OUTLAWED - Its pure Evil.
To quit smoking after decades hooked, I tried this- I spent the equivalent of 100 days of cigarettes at $12/pack/day on a $1200 Nikon P1100 ($1200) and simultaneously confronted my Jungian Shadow head-on.
- It worked. Zero desire to smoke. Withdraws insignificant (compared to shadow confronting).
I got all this motivation to work out, clean my house, take care of responsibilities, make calls, make appts, check on friends and family, etc. Now I'm counting down to purge my body of nicotine and get my dopamine levels closer to normal in 30-90 days.
Moral to the story is that facing down your Jungian Shadow is so challenging to where it makes drug addiction withdraw seem insignificant. If y9ou want to quit smoking but keep failing, try confronting your Jungian Shadow and quitting smoking will simply following in the wake.
You have to confront your shadow. No one is going to save you from Nicotine addiction, except you own self. However quitting is not about withdraw and habits, you have to confront the darkest weakest most conflicting parts of yourself.
