The vast majority who you'll just outright never hear of because they keep perverse and subversive thoughts to themselves.
Especially as modern society blends and blurs the line between wanting to fuck toddlers which is absolutely reprehensible, vs wanting to have sex with high schoolers who are physically able to have babies but we call jail bait because they're a bit extra retarded from retarded adult women.
It also becomes easier to reconcile when you realize just like everything else in life, the more self control you have, the easier it is to not act on ANY intrusive thoughts.
