Once Upon a Time in Hollywood didn't. It also featured two southern White men slaughtering a bunch of hippies who whined about "fascists." The movie was denounced as right-wing, and it definitely appeared to have that slant. Not saying Tarantino himself is right-wing (or necessarily even liberal), but he clearly has an obsession with old Hollywood. His major focus seems to be the films of the late 60s and 70s, which were often the left-leaning blaxploitation films (like Coffy and Foxxy Brown) or right-leaning vigilante films (such as Death Wish and Dirty Harry). I think Tarantino is definitely a jew ass-kisser, but I doubt he gives two shits about politics. He just churns out movies that appeal to different demographics that are often an homage to Hollywood's "golden age." It's no surprise that he married a jew and now lives in Israel. I think his goal was to always be accepted as part of the inner-circle among big name filmmakers, which is something that can't be done without kowtowing to kikes.

this is actually something i didn't really think about until you pointed it out. i always thought of jackie brown as a "blaxpoitation film except unironic," but that very premise just ends up making it sort of anti-black by definition.

Yeah, he probably does hate them, but only for selfish reasons. The movie was released in 2019, when #MeToo was taking down big names who were once thought to be untouchable. Tarantino was likely sour about his friends being imprisoned or fearful that he would eventually be accused of misconduct. The brutality at the end may have just been him living vicariously through Booth and Dalton.
