Every time I have ever been jailed, my human rights being taken, my dignity taken, the fate of my life decided, person scamming me, paying me very little: it has always been a white person (Verified) at the helm making these decisions about me and for me.

Truth. Every job I've ever had, which started with white manager(s), would immediately go to hell once the white bosses quit and non-whites took over. They always went after the white people and drove us out. I remember in my last job, which I quit after 7 years because of racism, a good friend of mine and a great worker, who was white, was shitcanned for a very minor infraction, one that the mexicans working with us did and far often...but they canned him for it the very first time.
I made the mistake of working there another 2 years as they ramped up their abuse of me. After winning several company awards for performance, they actually lobbied to have the company awards done away with so they didn't have to keep giving me them every month. then later, the company brought them back, I won the first two....and they lobbied the company to stop them again.
Then they ramped up their racism.
I eventually told them I'm out and they better give me extra refried beans at the taco truck next month.
