Israel and several others, knew the attack was coming. As Charlie Kirk pointed out, Israel is a fortress and the IDF are everywhere a seven hour response time is ridiculous. The IDF have already leaked that there was a stand down order.
I dunno if the Kibbutz was designated an "acceptable loss" area populated by left wingers, but either way, the attack was allowed to happen and formed the pretext required for Israeli offensives that were going to happen anyway in a war that has been going on decades and can only really be viewed as a war of annihilation.

The Anons really excited about this are probably young anons or anons with more average intelligence compared to the norm.

Israel hasn't really been humiliated, their reputation has gone from generally bad to generally insane and bad. Their competency estimation likely went down, but you have to factor in feigned helplessness as a tactic to get nato support, which Israel managed to do successfully under Biden and less successfully under Trump who wrapped up a of loose ends that were to serve as pretexts for offensives.
(this latter part is something that new anons also do not understand).

I'd say Jews in general have been extremely humiliated and are experiencing a lot of what Whites in the West were experiencing with the encouragement of Jews. Their estimation as a people has definitely gone down, not just in terms of intelligence but in terms of moral concept and sanity.
The Left wing view of the situation and the Jews themselves is basically ridiculous. More experienced and older Anons tend to focus more on the implications of the missile exchange.

I think the attack was Palestine & Co side and part of their war effort and that the Israeli's allowed it to occur to serve as a pretext for more aggressive actions against the other side of the on going war and to use the event to create a new popular narrative to increase awareness of and support for Israel and the IDFs situation.

So, the attack itself, that was Palestine side.

The decision to delay responses to it and not pre-emptively shut it down was Israel's side.
