More experienced and older Anons tend to focus more on the implications of the missile exchange.
Newcomers may say "but iran didn't blow up any real key stuff" because they aren't fluent in strategy, tactics and communication. Oct 7th was allowed to happen because it allowed Israel to go in and fight to a fuller capacity under communication that they are simply defending themselves, their only crime? being "too peaceful" around "barbarians".
The Iron dome however, during a war, is a symbol of regional supremacy. The "mountain goat idiots" (who are paradoxically also a "dangerous nuclear threat") being able to fire into Israel and bypass the Iron Dome defences while not attempting maximum damage, to the point that NATO forces had to intervene to protect Israel, makes a very clear statement in military language: "Iran can hit your vitals even with your guard up IF it wanted to, so back off".
This is also why experienced Anons weren't impressed with the booby trapped pagers in Lebanon.
1) it's a desperate terror tactic that invites retaliatory terror tactics.
2) it makes you look crazy and reckless to set bombs off around civilians.
3) Jews and Israel are now a security, public safety and manufacturing/business risk/liability.
Would you want to buy tech from Israel at this point?
Dirty fighting greenlights dirty fighting, which is why its avoided and/or AT LEAST kept secret. People will have far more patience to work with people who show restraint and very little patience for those who signal boost their own recklessness.
Israel looking like a Mexican cartel, isn't good optics for Israel.
Israel funding Hamas, also, isn't a good look for Israel.
