this is even a problem on large jets. i am not an engineer so not even going to try to get the terminology correct. but my understanding is that enough fatties on one side requires the entire flight to be flown with the flaps in an offsetting position, which then increases drag and reduces fuel efficiency. fats should really be weighed before boarding and forced to pay premiums.
