In the early 90s my mom thought she was borderline eligible for welfare benefits because we had a big family and the negress at the office literally said she didn't know how to help her get it because she wasn't black. They clearly didn't even bother reviewing black applicants they just gave them welfare as long as they were black and asked. The niggers running the welfare office clearly didn't even know what the official criteria was. They probably were afraid a white person would be borderline not eligible but they didn't understand how and thus they didn't want to risk being caught allowing it for the wrong person, so they just refused it.
