The first step would be the Orthodoxy putting an end to Protestantism. I don't know if they have the will or manpower to do so, unfortunately.

it's going to be rough, but doable. The problem is lack of churches, although one is willing to travel a 140 mile round trip to go to devine liturgy, they don't really get to participate in the local Orthodox community. I think what needs to happen is those far from Churches need to pool together and one built locally and form a tight knit community set apart from normoid degeneracy. If Orthodox Churches becomes 1/5th as common as protty churches, I think it will be over for the judaisers.
