Some do, especially in the southern region of Italy
You have pockets in the same regions of very Aryan looking people, with others that look more like they're from the Arabian peninsula
Some leftovers in rural Sicily and Southern Italy from the Norman conquest
Some pockets in Greece that were never occupied by turkroaches and still look like the Greeks in the ancient mosiacs that have blonde and red hair here and there
Areas of Spain that never got touched by moorish occupation or were only occupied for a small period of time
etc
There's an admixture, it's clear
There's probably some selection, less likely over time that the more Aryan looking people marry people that look flat out non White
So you have some natural bifurcation
Then there's an endless amount of people in those countries that are mostly White with a non insubstantial % of non White in their bloodline to varying degrees
With genetic expression if there's a sufficient amount of actual White in the bloodline you'll have some random offspring here and there that look White (hell look at Palestine, there's a small minority of children that could pass for White), even if it's only fleeting for that individual with most of the rest of the family not expressing those phenotypes for several generations
You can see this all through the stans as well, random individuals that appear White or mostly White from bloodlines going back to the Bactrian Greeks, Scythians, etc, mixed in with a sea of non White
This seems to happen when White gets mixed with virtually anything but negro
