That’s not how it works. Russians grow stronger, Ukrainians progressively weaker.
Right now they have several problematic zones. Kupyansk, Kharkov, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Konstantinovka, even in Zaporozhye they’re shaky.
They’re still in the field and fighting but they completely lack any strategic initiative. All they can do is die and slow down Russians.
