Africans have been the most competent individuals I've worked with.
Surprisingly, the people I've had the most trouble with are the Chinese (low-effort/sleaziness) and Whites (anger management issues).
This contradicts my own views as I assumed that the higher average IQ groups would be the most stable and pleasant to work with.
What gives?
