How did Oregon and Washington get taken over by literal faggots?

Oregon is the only country in the US where white men vote democrat in majority, there is something fundamentally wrong with the population here and it's not clear to me how it happened.

Well, actually all around the Puget Sound. My rural part of a South Sound county has been redistricted like four times in the 25 years I've lived here. They just keep moving the boundaries every time an area starts voting against the Dems, and bringing more people into whatever areas they need, redistrict to include those, and voila.
