You can argue like this, if you are somehow inclined towards a value system that privileges parasitism.
But we would only be able to determine that "Jews are superior" in an objective way if we compared self-sufficient (autonomous) Jewish society to self-sufficient (autonomous) gentile society. Such a thing has never been observed, because Jews aren't set up or even interetested in maintaining an autonomous society. Their ecologica niche is exploiting gentile societies, there entire folkways are centered on this, there is no way to imagine an "autonomous Jewish society" that would in any recoginzable way still be "Jewish".
I think it is plausible that this ecological niche was discovered and developed by the Phoenicians in response to the Bronze Age collapse, after ca. 1180 BC. In this ecological sense, the Jews are the direct descendents of the Phoenicians, and they had 3000 years to highly optimize the strategy.
They are clearly "superior" in their own field of exploitation host societies, it isn't even a contest, but like any parasite, they would die without a host.
