I don't understand the antagonism towards them.

Who would want to be ruled by some bloodline their entire history? Monarchism is peak cuckoldery.

Kings aren't accountable to the public and can't be voted out if they fuck up. The US was founded in large part to escape the British monarchy which is why is particulary unfortunate that MAGA seems to fucking love being dominated by a king

The public can't even be accountable to themselves either. Tyranny is going to happen regardless of how the government is formatted, the only difference is that laws and checks/balances slows things down if the person at the top has no control over them. Unchecked executive power is fine when, for example, chevron deference is wielded by blue party executive branch. But when the same powers are used by red party candidates, it is the end of all that exists. Wait until Trump pulls a Biden and starts pardoning people before their crimes are discovered.

The presidency isn't getting new powers post Biden. Blue party is just unhappy that red party gets to have the same power.

nothing. ruling is a profession that has to be taught over centuries. so called democracy is only a vehicle for jewish world dominion. that's why they killed our kings, falsified their history and replaced them with corruptible politicians.
