Opinion of a Russian on Trump
>Oh, fuck, who gives a shit about what the red-haired airhead just said (and these are just rumors from corrupt media, which could be just a regular psycho), but even if he really said it, it's bullshit that has no effect. He's just Trump. Before, he was arguing with Zelensky and promising trouble, then talking to him casually and smiling. It's the same bullshit with Putin. One minute he respects Mr. Putin and says he's always had a good relationship with him, then he claims he could hit him with a nuclear missile Moscow time. Then he becomes friends with Putin again and even invites him to Alaska, then calls him a paper tiger. One minute he says the Ukrainians will have to give up their territories, then he claims the Ukrainians could have even restored the 1991 borders, and now he's talking about giving up territory again. That's the phase he's going through. In a week or two, we're expecting him to start making more rants about Pynia, which DISAPPOINTED him, and hinting at arms supplies to the Ukrainians (which haven't stopped).
In short,
>Trump said
has long since become in bad taste imho

Thoughts?

I can't find the news story anymore but I remember he was on a ventilator for a small period of time during covid and was off it suspiciously fast especially for someone his age.
I believe they replaced him with a body double to take control of the population who supported him.
There's a place in the US called Mount Weather where we keep our backup government in case the white house gets obliterated, and they have a second president and vice president on standby.

Someone said he basically just agrees with the last person he talked to. And when you look at things in that light it rally make a lot of sense.
Putin just manipulates the poor guy into thinking Putin's ideas are his, then sends him in his way.

it's not a zigger's post tho, i think it's rational analysis. i'm so tired of taco and it seems like russians are too. and a keen observation was made:
>and hinting at arms supplies to the Ukrainians **(which haven't stopped).**

basically **King Taco the Merciful** is just a mirage, a piece of theatrics played out in words to hide the fact that he's but an extension of Biden foreign policy-wise in deed, which is to say, the Deep State never left and keeps the drip-drip strategy active

I mean I think everyone is reaching that point, his words mean nothing at this point, thats hardly unique to the russians.

/pol/ is still excited anew every time he opens his mouth, and when he says he'll send tomahawks, if you acknowledge it means nothing you'll get called a russian shill, likewise when he suddenly says zelensky must surrender or something, you'll get called a ukie NAFO shill if you dare suggest it means... nothing

Whenever Ukrainian leadership isn't going along with what he wants them to do he lashes out publicly at them same for the Russian leadership it winds up looking very schizophrenic. He should just wash his hands of this and stop getting involved let it play out with EU being sugar daddy until the Ukrainians are losing so bad they have no choice but to be more reasonable.
That's what it looked like he was going to do in that truth social where he was talking about how they could still get back 2014 borders i know it's hard for non-native speakers but you have to read between the lines sometimes and not take everything trump says in a literal fashion. He was implying they didn't need more American support because they are winning so "bigly" essentially.
Then the tomahawk thing happened after I'm not sure what was up with that it's possible trump just changed his mind and was trying to get something out of the Russians by threatening to do that or maybe the Russian retaliation that was promised was going to be worse than he expected.

This is the correct interpretation take it from a native English speaker that's what he meant most of the European leaders got the message besides Macron who took it as you did.
It's alright it confused a lot of English people here at first too.
Go read it again more carefully this time.

Look he specifies with EU funding they can do this.
He's repeating everything the westren media has been saying for the last 3 years in a very uncharacteristic manner for him this is his "gotcha" for why it's okay to retreat from continuing to send aid because westren media say's they're doing so well and Russia is on the verge of collapse every day.
This was him signaling that he was backing off from attempting to be the peace maker and letting europe deal with all the issues on their own instead but it would appear with the tomahawk situation and the new Hungarian meeting he's changed his mind for some reason and is giving it another go.

It's from 2vach, I was curious about what they thought of the whole meeting, what I found is the average russian is even more cynical about Trump and Putin than anyone here, they really don't care anymore and just hope the steady supply of idiots who keep signing for SMO remain long enough so they can continue with their lives.
They expect nothing from this shit, they are more worried about how they are going to do next quarter, and if there is still russians willing to believe in the cause then all the better, it means less chances Putin may call a draft and a less saturated work market, and then maybe, just maybe, in a couple of years everyone forgets this mess and they can see some sort of economic stability.

I know he's not doing that yet currently.
All I'm saying is that was what he was originally implying he was going to do in that truth social "I'll continue to fund NATO and with EU help Ukraine is bound to take back everything and then some wish everyone luck" is codespeak for "I'm getting fed up with this shit let europe/the rest of NATO deal with it if they wish". The question is if he'll relapse back into this position and remain there if things fall through in Hungary.

Well yeah, don't think for a minute russians are under any illusion you are doing this for them, for you it's just projection of your political bipolar disorder.

Can he stop EU from supplying weapons to Ukraine? Can he stop Russia from throwing more people into Dombas?

>Can he stop EU from supplying weapons to Ukraine?
In short yes he absolutely could if he were to apply enough economic pressure to them but that would piss them off quite a bit making them look even more like America's bitch than they already are perceived as and would probably make some of the EU states cozy up to China more as a middle finger.
>Can he stop Russia from throwing more people into Dombas?
If Biden couldn't then no he can't it's been attempted for 3 years now to no avail arguably much longer if you include the Civil War.

Honestly, he started pretty strong, lots of energy, but retracting in his words, hurting his migger base, excessive support to israel... Well i couldn't believe in anything he says, everything has been just for show and serve his jews overlords, sad.

Too bad there wasn't some kind of precedent for this before the last election SAD.
Anyways just be glad he hasn't invaded Iran yet. If his base/the American public at large liked the idea more I'm guessing he probably would've done so by now already but he kept it to a bombing run which was surprising who knows what will happen in the future with that though he has another few years to drag the country into a new foreign war there's a fair chance he will.
